President Anastasiadis heads to Genva for crucial Cyprus talks!

Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades departs this morning for Geneva where he is due to hold talks with Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci in the context of the UN led talks for the reunification of Cyprus. The talks will be held between 9 and 11 January and from 12 January onward a Conference on Cyprus will take place.

President Anastasiades will be accompanied by Foreign Affairs Minister Ioannis Kasoulides, Government Spokesman Nikos Christodoulides, Under Secretary to the President Constantinos Petrides, Deputy Government Spokesman Victoras Papadopoulos,Greek Cypriot negotiator Andreas Mavroyiannis, the members of his negotiating team Erato Kozakou Markoullis, Kypros Chrysostomides, Polys Polyviou, Panayiotis Demetriou, Nicos Cleanthous, Toumazos Tselepis, Marios Eliades, a team of technocrats as well as members of the National Council, the top advisory body to the Pr
