Cyprus, it continues “condemns all forms and acts of violence, terrorism and violent extremism.”
Such acts, the Foreign Ministry notes, “not only hinder the implementation of the agreement reached last October in Cairo but also endanger peace and stability in the region, contributing to the continuation of the dire humanitarian situation of the people of Gaza.”
“The Republic of Cyprus expresses its full support and solidarity to the Palestinian government and people and wishes a speedy recovery to all those injured in the attack,” the press release concludes.
