Fishers find two sharks in occupied Famagusta!

Two mud sharks were found and caught by fishermen off the coast of occupied Famagusta.

According to Turkish Cypriot media the dogfish which are considered to be carnivorous were caught 1km off the Famagusta.

Reports suggest that one of the sharks was 1.2 meters long.

Dogfish sharks are found mostly in shallow waters and further offshore in most parts of the world, especially in temperate waters. They are commonly found at depths of around 50–149 m.
